Chicken Kiev Recipe | Marco Pierre White

Watch Chef Marco Pierre White prepare a family favourite – his chicken Kiev recipe. An easy recipe from Knorr.

Marco’s recipe for chicken Kiev harks back to the original Russian dish rather than those available to buy ready-made. Tender chicken supreme (a chicken breast on the bone) is stuffed with mouth-watering herbed garlic butter and coated in crisp breadcrumbs flavoured with Knorr Reduced Salt Chicken Granules.

2 large cloves of garlic
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped, plus some for garnish
50g butter, softened
2 skinless chicken breasts with bone
2 eggs, beaten
2tbsps plain flour
1tbsp Knorr Reduced Salt Chicken Granules
50g fine breadcrumbs
Sunflower oil
Lemon to serve
