Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 120m | 635 calories & 24g fat p/serving)

– 700g Stewing Lamb
– 150g Bacon
– x4 Onions
– x4 Carrots
– x4 Potatoes
– Bunch of Thyme
– x2 Garlic Cloves
– x2 Veg Stock Cubes
– Bottle/Can of Guinness (500ml)
– Flour (to thicken)
